Baby Point

Overview

The exclusive Toronto neighbourhood of Baby Point is named after James Baby (pronounced “babby”) who settled there in the 1800s. The entrance at the corner of Jane Street and Baby Point Road is still marked by historic stone gates.

Baby Point and its homes are surrounded by ravine and parkland. The typical home in Baby Point was built in the 1920s and 1930s. The more prestigious properties that back onto the Humber Valley ravine offer beautiful views of the Humber River.
