High Park

Overview

The High Park neighbourhood is predominantly situated just north of one of Toronto’s largest and most popular parks, the High Park. With 399 acres the park offers tremendous recreational possibilities including sporting fields, playgrounds, a zoo and many more.

While the majority of the houses in the High Park area were built in the late 1800s and early 1900s, the most common home styles are Victorian, Edwardian and Tudor. There are also various condominium buildings in High Park, which offer affordable rental opportunities.
