Overview

The Old Mill Side neighbourhood is situated on the banks of the Humber River. It offers plenty of recreational opportunities with the Etienne Brule Park along the Humber River. The exclusive Old Mill Inn as well as the historic Old Mill Bridge complete the romantic setting. Its proximity to the shops and restaurants of the Bloor West Village and the Kingsway Village make the Old Mill neighbourhood very popular.

The homes in the Old Mill area were built in the 1920s through 1940s. Tudor and brick styles dominate the bungalows and two storey houses.
